Maggi Chowmein

Ingredients: 

 

  • 1 packet cooked noodles

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

  • 1 Green chilli

  • 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste

  • 1 crushed tomato

  • French beans - few

  • 1/2 cup diced capsicum

  • 1 carrot chopped

  • 1/2 cup green peas

  • 1 tsp soya sauce

  • 1 tsp chilli sauce

  • 2 tsp tomato sauce

  • salt to taste

  • Aginomoto a pinch (optional)

  • 1 tbsp Butter /Oil

  • Sugar – sprinkle

  • Water – as per the number of Maggie packets you are using

  • Maggi seasoning

 

Preparation Method:

 

Cook noodles as per instructions and keep aside.

Heat a non-stick skillet and pour 1tbsp of oil with a small slab of butter. Add half cup of chopped onion with 1tsp of ginger and garlic paste.

Add green chilli chopped. Fry for a few minutes. Then add 1 crushed tomatoes and cook until the oil floats on top and the tomatoes are mashed well. Then add carrot finely chopped when it is done add ½ cup of diced capsicum with 1 cup of frozen Green Peas and few frozen french beans chopped.

 

Add a little salt and fry for a few minutes. Add 1tsp of soy sauce, 1tsp of chilly sauce ,2 tsp Tomato sauce and a pinch of aginomoto , sprinkle some sugar and add Maggie taste maker. Mix well.

 

Now add the cooked noodles and cook for a few seconds. Enjoy the noodles! You can keep it soupy or make it dry as per your taste.
