Overnight Honey and Almond Cereal

Ingredients:

Oats - one small cup

Barley - one small cup
-
Honey - 1 tbsp
-
Almonds - 3 to 4 thinly cut

Raisins - 4 to 5
-
Blue Berries - 4 to 5
-
Milk - one cup
Preparation Method:
Soak Steel-cut oats and barley with water overnight so they're ready to go in the morning. Use a big bowl because the grains will expand. Add Milk, Honey, Almonds, Raisins and Blue Berries. Serve Chilled.
