Overnight Honey and Almond Cereal

Ingredients: 

 

  • Oats - one small cup

  • Barley -  one small cup

  • Honey - 1 tbsp

  • Almonds - 3 to 4 thinly cut

  • Raisins - 4 to 5

  • Blue Berries - 4 to 5

  • Milk - one cup

 

 

Preparation Method:

 

Soak Steel-cut oats and barley with water overnight so they're ready to go in the morning. Use a big bowl because the grains will expand. Add Milk, Honey, Almonds, Raisins and Blue Berries. Serve Chilled.
