Vegeterian Sandwich

Ingredients: 

 

  • Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread

  • 1 large carrot, grated

  • 1 Green BellPepper, deseeded and cut into very small peices

  • 1 Small Tomato chopped into fine peices

  • Cabbage finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp Green Chilli Sauce

  • Salt to tast

  • 1 tsp Pepper

  • 2 tbsp Mayonisse

  • 1 tsp of  Yellow Mustard Sauce

  • Little ​Parsley or Cilantro finely chopped

  • Can add fresh cheese if intrested

 

Preparation Method:

 

Transfer  all the cut veggies in a mixing bowl and add Mayonisse, Chilli Sauce, Mustard Sauce, Salt, Pepper, Parley or Cilantro and mix well.

 

Cut Bread Slices to Desired Shape. Sandwich them by filling in the Vegetable stuffing.

 

Grill the Sandwich in a Sandwich maker and Transfer to plate and serve immediately.
